I just had my shower redone and I am more than pleased with the process and the results. Earsla was kind and explained the whole process to me when I signed up and Regina answered all my questions when I would call the office. Caleb and Britain were the installers, and they were awesome in explaining what they were doing. They were a joy to work with and cleaned up the mess they made!!

Calub and Britton came to redo my hall bath last Friday and did a WONDERFUL job! I was working from home and could hear the good working relationship between them as Calub explained why things are done a certain way and emphasized good measurements. Calub has been with the company longer than Britton, and that was nice to hear and see, because it showed me that he cares about the company, the product, and his team! They were both very kind and updated me throughout the whole process!! Colton, who came out a couple of weeks prior to assess, was also a great team member! Regina, with whom I communicated the most at this location regarding scheduling and my history, was very sweet. Y'all have a great crew!

Y'all! If you are like me and don't want to ever deal with any updates for your home, Bathfitters IS the way to go! Earsla met me with information about having a one day fix for turning my janky, old tile tub, into a sleek and easy to maintain bathtub/shower. I dread any home maintenance that has to drag on multiple days. So, this one day fix WON ME OVER! Regina was the kind voice on the phone who talked me through making the appointment and, later, in paying online. Colton and crew showed up, gave me an overview of what to expect, and then went to it. I thought I was going to hear, 'we'll need to come back tomorrow...' but I didn't. Everything was done by 4pm. Hallelujah! Some people LOOOOVE reno projects. I am not one of those people. I avoid all things that require me to make any permanent decisions about my home. In this case, 1. it was absolutely worth it! 2. I just went about my business and Colton and crew did their thing and 3. The whole process was so very low hassle. Thank you Bath Fitters! Y'all brought your A game!
