Can I give bath fitter six stars? I want to thank bath fitter for an excellent job in replacing my old fiberglass tub/shower which began to show signs of cracks into a new white marble acrylic type tub/shower. They offered me great pricing along with fantastic financing. All of this began with our sales consultant Vinny Regan and ended with our installer Luis Gomez. To Vinny Regan, thank you for your expert advice, recommendations and helping me understand the process. To Luis Gomez, I watched you take out my old tub-shower and replaced it with a brand new one in a day's time! You are the man, you are the rock, GREAT JOB!!!

I am such a fan of this company. I have two showers they have remodeled for me. One was in my old house and they handled warranty work like a dream (a screw was rusting and I could not get to it for silicone and they came and replaced within a week). They put in a new shower for me in our house we just built and the builder had a horrendous contractor put in a shitty tile shower that they could never correct. Mind you, they said I could have a shower like my Bath Fitter shower from my old house then reneged on that so it was an ugly insert or tile. Needless to say I gave up on the builder and the contractor who did not give a shit about quality (this was the first shower the contractor had done). I immediately called Bath Fitters and Vinny was at my house in no time and I already knew what I wanted so the consult was quick and easy. The installer was amazing and took my shower down to the studs, the only hiccup was Vinny's boss who changed the size of my base without confirming with anyone, thinking it was the wrong size when it was not. They were able to come back within a week if not sooner to install the correct size that was originally measured. They did compensate a bit of the inconvenience. The price was so much better than West Shore and Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. I will always go with Bath Fitters.

Salesman was informative and the installer did an exceptional job. Luiz worked his tail off and finished the install in one day. We love it!! Highly recommend.

Salesman was okay. Install was great. , But color sample pics was small and really didn't give good examples of exact shade and color. Installer helped us see design better. Thought it would be darker.

The installer Luis was absolutely terrific. He was very thorough, meticulous and a very nice gentleman to deal with. Bath fitter is very lucky to have his services. The product is beautiful and exactly what we expected. Great job.
