The level of service that I experienced with this group of bath engineers is unlike anything I’ve had with the other big ticket purchases in my life. My salesperson, Jeff Heine, was a former install manager and so we got right into the technical side of upgrading two bathrooms. It was really helpful to hear from someone with experience how the various options worked in actual practice. Jeff also worked the figures with me until I could afford to do both bathrooms. Measurements and logistics are critical and this team measured carefully and then rechecked them on a pre-install visit. My main goal was to ensure that the bathrooms were solidly replumbed and leakproof and I believe this team accomplished that. My installers were Zac Kanter and Josiah B. and they certainly exerted a level of skill and mastery over the task that gave me confidence. For this group, it isn’t about getting their product in and then getting out. They wanted to make sure that the new bathroom performed perfectly and stayed until all specifications were met. This meant snaking out a slow drain, fixing an access door, and adjusting the location of a showerhead to optimal height. It really was a holistic and skillful renovation and the finished look is certainly new and shiny! Bath Fitter has customer service on lock— every person I talk to was polite, patient, and took the time to answer every question and explain every step. Overall, an extremely pleasant and principled group!
